Delivery Information
- We ship both domestically within Australia only.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- All orders are issued with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.
- Once your order is dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Sydney).
- During peak shopping seasons (e.g Australian winter months and major sales events), processing times may extend slightly.
- High-demand periods such as Mother’s Day and Christmas may also experience increased processing times, so we encourage ordering in advance.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 30 days of receiving your dispatch notification. We’ll work with our delivery partners to track it down or arrange a solution. uggmarket.com.au no responsibility for parcel/s left at a premises or redirected after dispatch.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is sent for processing immediately. While we strive to accommodate modifications, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. If you need to adjust your order, please contact info@uggmarket.com.au as soon as possible.
Important Considerations:
- Free shipping does not apply to orders subject to exchange requests or matters of any similar nature.
- If a cancellation request is made before dispatch, a $10 restocking fee will be applied.
- If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided, a shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If an order is refused upon delivery, a shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Unclaimed & Returned Parcels
- If a parcel is returned to sender, we will hold it for two weeks. If we do not receive a response within this period, the order will be cancelled, and a restocking fee will apply.
- For international orders, due to high return shipping costs, returned parcels may not be re-sent, and refunds will not be issued.
Promo Codes & Discounts
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or sale offers.
- Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Discounts apply only to online purchases, unless otherwise specified.
