Exchanges
We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start an exchange, submit your request to info@uggmarket.com.au. Returns must be sent to at our distribution centre.
Uggmarket.com.au has sole discretion of all exchange requests. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for how and where to send your package. Purchasers are responsible for all postage and delivery costs associated with having the item returned and resent back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds, Damages & Major Problems
We are not required to provide refunds for change of mind purchases. However, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a major problem, including:
- A defect that would have prevented purchase if known beforehand
- The item is unsafe
- The product is significantly different from its sample or description
- The item does not perform as promised and cannot be easily repaired
Return Conditions
- Keep your proof of purchase (receipt) for all refund or exchange requests.
- All items are checked for damages and defects prior to shipping.
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue.
- Refunds may take some time to process depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact info@uggmarket.com.au.
Warranty
Our products are warranted for 3 months against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker coloured sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter coloured sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discolouration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
